Internal. Read How We Run Calls first. This script is the client-specific layer on that structure.

Before you dial

1. Pre-frame

"Let me understand where you're at with wholesaling before I show you anything. If the operation fits you I'll walk you through exactly how it works and what it runs. If it doesn't, I'll tell you."

2. Situation

3. Problem

"What's the part that keeps stalling?"

4. Root cause

The root cause is volume, and volume is a conversation problem. Almost nobody wants to make two hundred cold calls a week, and the ones who hire it out usually got burned on quality. Get them to say it out loud.

5. Implication

Silence.

6. Desired future and gap

7. Why now

"Why now? What made you book this?"

8. Prescription: let the demo sell it

"Do me a favor. Call 704-397-3681 right now and talk to it like you're a seller. I'll hold."

Let them do it. Then:

  1. The AI dials for you. "Two hundred fifty minutes a month for twelve months, all four script libraries, motivated seller, probate, pre-foreclosure, tired landlord, plus the Vacant Home Scanner. The conversations happen whether or not you feel like making them."
  2. Five hundred skip-traced leads loaded at onboarding. "You leave the first session with it already dialing a real list in your market."
  3. Nas on the deals. "Bi-weekly live calls, and the Deal Review Desk gives you a push or pass on any lead inside forty eight hours, so you're not guessing what to offer. Plus the Dispo Rolodex when you've got one under contract."

9. The guarantee (action-based)

"Lock your first contract in ninety days or we work with you free until you do."

Say the conditions out loud: attend the calls, dial the list, submit deals. Never as an income promise.

10. Price, then silence

"Thirty five hundred for the Deal Room."

Stop talking.

11. Payment and BNPL

After the isolator comes back yes:

"Plans are thirty five hundred in full, two payments of eighteen seventy five, or four of nine ninety five. And Klarna's available at checkout if you'd rather stretch it further."

Klarna is the only financing you may promise. If they ask about Affirm:

"Not directly on this checkout. Some people set Affirm as their funding method inside Apple Pay and it works that way. I can't promise it, but you can try it."

Never promise approval on anything.

12. The ascension (call time only, only when already sold)

"There's a version where everything steps up. Six months instead of ninety days, a thousand minutes a month instead of two fifty, a thousand leads, onboarding one on one with Nas himself, hot seat priority, and a JV option on your first deal. Sixty five hundred."

Plans: $6,500 PIF, 2 x $3,450, 4 x $1,795. Symmetry sells: double the leads, four times the minutes, double the window. Only the $6,500 tier gets more than 250 minutes a month. Never promise extra minutes at $3,500 or $697.

13. Objections

"Does the AI actually work?"

"You just talked to it. What did you think?"

"I've never done a deal."

"Neither had most of the room. That's what the Deal Review Desk is for, so you're not guessing on your first offer."

"Can I finance it?"

Klarna, and the payment plans. Nothing else.

"I need to think about it."

Validate, isolate, then payment bridge or the real objection.

14. Close

"Yes gets you the checkout link, and once payment clears you'll book onboarding with Nas directly."

Send the onboarding calendar only after payment clears. It is not a sales-call link.

Not a fit: the $697 core course including the OS at 250 minutes a month. It is $697. The $797 figure is stale.

15. Never say
