Internal. Read How We Run Calls first. This script is the client-specific layer on that structure.

LEGACY OFFER, as of Sep 16, 2026. This is no longer an active offer. Do not quote it to a new prospect without Chris's approval. Existing agreements do not change. The $12K-vs-$25K two-door talk track is retired. For new sales, use the Sprint to Scale Build ($7,500), Webinar Launch ($15,000) or Managed Growth ($3,000/month) scripts.

Before you dial

1. Pre-frame

"Here's how I run these. I'm going to ask about what you've already built, because you're not starting from zero and I'm not going to waste your time on beginner stuff. If it fits, I'll show you exactly what it looks like. If it doesn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better. Fair?"

An operator with staff has been pitched plenty. Naming the structure drops the guard.

2. Situation

3. Problem

"When revenue moves up, what moved it? And when it stalls, what stalled it?"

4. Root cause

Root cause: one offer, nothing recurring, and the founder as the single point of failure. That last one is the sale. Make them say it, then reflect it back:

"So you didn't build an asset. You built a job with staff attached."

5. Implication

This is the most uncomfortable silence on the call and the most valuable. Do not rescue them. This is where the deal is made, not in the presentation.

6. Desired future and gap

7. Why now

"Why now? You could have done this last year, and you could do it next year."

Their answer comes back verbatim at the close.

8. Prescription

Three hooks, all in their language. Never a feature tour.

  1. We tear down what you already have, first. "Nine-layer teardown and a CRO audit in week one. You and your team see the leaks with data before we build anything new."
  2. You have one rung. We build the other three. "Tripwire, core, high ticket, continuity, all connected. Right now every month starts at zero. When this is done the same lead is worth several times what it's worth today."
  3. We monetize the audience you already own, first. "Reactivation inside thirty days, no ad spend needed. The fastest money in your business is in a CRM you haven't worked properly."

Then, briefly, only if it maps to something they said: AI staff installed into their team (their own AI closer on a real number, setter, qualifier, show-up reminders), traffic and creative, the Vault plus three seats for their staff, Decade In A Day in Florida with their partner attending free, and twelve months of access to Chris (monthly one-on-one, weekly group, Voxer weekdays).

9. Price, then silence

"Twenty five thousand. The whole thing, twelve months, and we take no percentage of your business. In full, or two payments of thirteen five, which is twenty seven, so paying in full saves you two grand. Half at signing, the rest at day thirty."

Then stop. First one to speak loses.

10. Payment

ClarityPay is available at this ticket (confirmed Aug 18, 2026 per Chris). Do not tell a buyer there's no financing on this one.

"In full is twenty five, or two payments of thirteen five. There's also ClarityPay if you'd rather structure it, and plenty of people at this level just wire it."

Most cards will not clear $25,000 in one swing, so have wire and ACH ready before you name the number. Never promise approval on ClarityPay, and never invent a term length that isn't on the checkout.

11. The two-door close (strongest move)

"There are two ways to work with us. Twelve thousand, and we take a percentage of everything we build for as long as it runs. Or twenty five, and you own all of it, outright, forever. Operators with a team almost always take the second door, because they didn't spend years building this to hand over a slice of it now."

Rule: existing Growth Partnership clients cannot switch to the flat tier. Do not offer it.

12. Objections

"That's a lot of money."

"It is. If money weren't the factor here, is this something you'd move on today?" Then solve what they actually say, because it's almost never the money.

"Why not the twelve thousand one?"

"You could. The math just gets worse for you the better you do, because we take a piece of everything we build, forever. At your level that gets big fast."

"My team could build this."

"They probably could. They've had twelve months and it isn't built. That's not a knock on them, they're running the business you already have."

"How do I know you'll deliver?"

"Two answers. We take three of these a quarter, because that's what the build team can run. And week one is the teardown, so you see how we think before we've built anything for you."

"I need to talk to my spouse or partner."

"You should. Bring them to Florida, they come free. What's their first question going to be?" Then handle that.

"What if it doesn't work?"

"I'm not going to promise you a figure and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we're on the hook for is that we don't stop building until it's live and running traffic."

13. Close

Their why-now, back to them, then:

"You're in, I send the invoice today, and you book kickoff. Week one is the teardown. Ready?"

Set expectations immediately on what you need from them: assets, logins, approvals. The build clock depends on it.

14. If they don't close today

No discount, no invented deadline. The cap is real, so use the real thing:

"I've got three build slots this quarter and two conversations like this one. I'm not going to pressure you, but I'd rather you know where it stands."

15. Never say
