Internal. Read How We Run Calls first. This script is the client-specific layer on that structure.

Status: ADS PAUSED. Bookings should be thin.

Sheet gap: no BNPL stack is listed on Byron's card. Verify before quoting financing.

1. Pre-frame

"I want to hear where you're at and what put mobile homes in front of you, then I'll show you how Byron's program actually works and what it costs. If it's not for you I'll say so."

2. Situation

3. Problem

"What's stopping you from doing your first one?"

4. Root cause

Root cause: they don't know which home to buy, what to pay, or who sells it after. Not motivation.

5. Implication

Listen for a hard season. Job loss, a squeeze, something recent. That's this buyer.

Silence.

6. Desired future and gap

7. Why now

"Why now?"

8. Prescription: use Byron's story, then bring it back

"Byron got fired on March 3rd, 2017. His wife was laid off the same week. Their car got repossessed. He took a ten thousand dollar loan at twenty four percent, bought two mobile homes for forty three hundred, and flipped them for nineteen five inside thirty days."

Then immediately:

"I'm not telling you that so you expect those numbers. I'm telling you because he started from worse than where you're sitting right now."

Three hooks:

  1. Which home, what to pay. "You stop guessing on the only two decisions that matter."
  2. Who buys it after. "The exit is the part beginners never plan and it's why they get stuck holding one."
  3. The room. The $6,000 Inner Circle includes the in-person event. For this buyer, being around people who've done it is worth more than another video.

$3,500 Accelerator is ninety days. $6,000 Inner Circle is six months plus the in-person event. Lead with $3,500, ascend when they want more time and the room.

9. Price, then silence

"Thirty five hundred for the ninety days."

Stop.

10. Payment and BNPL

Verify what's live on his card before you name anything. If they need options:

"Let me confirm the plans that are available and get that to you right now."

Do not improvise a structure.

11. Objections

"I don't have much capital."

"Neither did he. Forty three hundred bought his first two." Then be honest about what they can actually start with. Do not stretch someone who has nothing.

"Are mobile homes a real business?"

"It's the part of real estate nobody glamorizes, which is exactly why the margins are still there."

"I need to think about it."

Validate, isolate, then payment bridge or the real objection.

12. Close

Their why-now, back to them, then:

"Ninety days with Byron, starting this week. You in?"

13. Never say
