Before you dial
- They have never heard a high-ticket price. The webinar they watched sells the $697 course. Assume $3,500 and $7,500 are brand new on your call.
- BNPL IS available (corrected Aug 18, 2026 per Chris). Confirm the live provider list on the checkout page before you name one, and never promise approval.
- Closers on file: Mike and Sean.
1. Pre-frame
"You've already seen the training, so I'm not going to re-teach you anything. What I want to find out is what's actually stopping you from getting a contract signed. Then I'll tell you if what we do fixes it."
2. Situation
- "Did you go through the course? How far did you get?"
- "How long ago was that?"
- "What are you doing for work while you build this?"
3. Problem
"Where exactly did it stall?"
4. Root cause
- "How many offers have you actually sent?"
- "What happens when you get a seller on the phone?"
- "When you were about to send one, what stopped you?"
- "So is it that you don't know the steps, or that you don't want to be wrong on paper?"
The root cause is usually fear of signing something wrong, plus nobody checking their numbers. They bought the course and stopped. Say it without judgment:
"You bought it, you got most of the way, and then you hit the part where being wrong costs real money. That's not a knowledge problem and another course won't fix it."
5. Implication
- "How long has it been sitting there?"
- "What has that cost you, not just money?"
- "What do you tell yourself about it at this point?"
- "Another year of that, where does it leave you?"
Silence.
6. Desired future and gap
- "What did you want this to be by now?"
- "What's between you and the first contract?"
7. Why now
"Why now, after however long it's been sitting?"
8. Prescription
The line that does the work:
"The course teaches it. This installs it."
Three hooks:
- Weekly deal-review calls with Brandon. "You bring the leads, comps and offers, and he tells you what to offer and why. That's the actual product: his judgment on your deal."
- The contract and offer desk. "Your first three purchase agreements get reviewed before they go out. That's the exact thing you just told me stops you."
- The AI stack installed with you. "Live setup sessions, not a demo. Lead-gen, comping and follow-up go from zero to running, and you get dispo help on deal one from his buyer network."
$3,500 Accelerator is twelve weeks. $7,500 Partner Tier is six months and adds two one-on-ones with Brandon (kickoff strategy and a ninety-day deal audit) plus a JV option on the first deal where his team co-dispos it for a split.
"Every wholesaling mentorship sells coaching and community. Nobody hands you a working AI employee."
9. Price, then silence
"Thirty five hundred."
Stop.
10. Payment and BNPL
BNPL is available on this offer (corrected Aug 18, 2026 per Chris; this card previously said there was none, so ignore any older copy you saved).
Once the isolator comes back yes:
"Almost nobody pays for this out of one account. There's financing at checkout, and you can run it and see what you're approved for in about a minute."
Then tie it to what they told you:
"Which means you start this week instead of sitting on it for another few months, and you just told me what the last stretch of sitting on it has cost you."
Read the live provider list off the checkout page before you name one. Never promise a provider that is not showing there, and never promise approval.
Price anchor, call only: "one wholesale fee pays for it several times over." Possibility framing. Never in an ad, never a promise.
11. Objections
"I already bought the course."
"Right, and it's the curriculum. What's missing is somebody checking your work before you sign."
"What if I sign a contract wrong?"
The real fear. "That's what the offer desk is for. Your first three agreements get reviewed before they go out."
"Can I finance it?"
"Yes, there's financing at checkout. Run it and see what you're approved for." Name only what is actually showing on the checkout page.
"I need to think about it."
Validate, isolate, and if it's money, be honest that there's no plan here and the $697 course exists.
12. Close
"Yes and I'll send the checkout link now."
Not a fit: the $697 core course. Qualifier DQs route to the live training page.
13. Never say
- Never name a BNPL provider that is not showing on the live checkout page, and never promise approval.
- No income promises. Possibility framing only.
- Never fabricate a student result.
