Internal. Read How We Run Calls first. This script is the client-specific layer on that structure.
Before you dial
- Two offers, one call. Never pitch both up front. The call diagnoses which fits, then you present that one.
- Full Install anchor is $10K. Close-room floor is $7,500. Never lead with the floor. No price on any page.
- Voice: calm, premium, feminine. Zero hype.
- They passed the qualifier already. Under $5K/mo household income and unwilling-to-invest are auto-DQ'd, so anyone on your calendar cleared the bar.
- All financing options are live EXCEPT Affirm (confirmed Aug 18, 2026). Never offer Affirm here.
1. Pre-frame
"This call is really a diagnosis. I want to understand what you've built and where it's leaking, and then I'll tell you which of the two ways we work makes sense for you. It might be neither, and I'll say so."
2. Situation
- "What are you selling right now?"
- "How are people finding you?"
- "How long has it been running like this?"
3. Problem
"What happens after someone raises their hand? Walk me through it."
Let her narrate the whole thing. The gaps will show up on their own.
4. Root cause
- "Who does the following up?"
- "How do you remember who to follow up with?"
- "What happens on a week where you're busy or away?"
- "So where do you think people are actually falling out?"
Root cause: follow-up runs on her memory, so it stops whenever she does. Say it plainly and without blame:
"So the follow-up is you, remembering. Which means every busy week costs you leads you already paid for."
5. Implication
- "What do you think that's costing, over a quarter?"
- "What can't you build while you're the one chasing everyone?"
- "If that stays the same for another year, what does that look like?"
Silence.
6. Desired future and gap
- "What did you want this to look like when you started?"
- "How far off is that?"
7. Why now
"Why is now the moment to fix it?"
8. Diagnose, then present ONE
Full Install (DFY flagship) when she wants it handled and signals budget: the app plus the entire sales system built for her. Funnel, follow-up backend, automations, launch, and a run-and-tune window.
"It's five figures, and we scope it on this call."
Launch With Me (DWY, $5K) when she wants ownership, or as the unadvertised call-room downsell off a Full Install no: about four weeks, weekly working sessions with Anabelle, her tech team does the technical assembly, and she keeps full ownership.
The honest promise:
"Leads stop slipping through the cracks. The follow-up happens whether or not you remember to do it."
9. Price, then silence
Anchor at ten. Say the number and stop.
10. Payment and financing
Every financing option is available EXCEPT Affirm (confirmed Aug 18, 2026 per Chris). Never offer Affirm on this one.
Only after the isolator returns yes, and framed as logistics rather than rescue:
"Most people don't fund this out of one account. There's financing at checkout, and you can see what you're approved for in a minute."
Read the live list off the checkout page, name only what's showing, and never name Affirm. Never promise approval.
11. Objections
"How is this different from every AI tool out there?"
"Most of them promise the AI does the selling. That's not this. This is the follow-up backend and the system around it, so nothing you paid for goes cold."
"That's a lot for a system."
Validate, isolate: "if the investment weren't the question, is this the thing you'd want handled?" Then reframe against the quarterly cost she named herself.
"Can I start smaller?"
That's Launch With Me. Below that, the ladder is the $997 to $1,497 program and the $27 workshop funnel underneath.
12. Proof bank (real, use these)
Jamie's money-map app did $300K in three months. A container went from $25K to $50K. A conversion-code app made a client $100K. Possibility framing only.
13. Close
"Based on what you've told me, the fit is [one offer]. Want me to get you started?"
14. Never say
- Never say "AI closes deals for you." Not the promise, not true.
- Never lead with $7,500 or name a floor before anchoring.
- Never put a price on a page.
- No hype, no pressure, no urgency tactics.
- Never offer Affirm on this offer.
- No income promises. The proof bank is possibility framing only.
