# Closer Script: Managed Growth
## Internet Moguls Offer 3 . $3,000/month plus ads and software . Day-90 conversation for Webinar Launch clients

Internal. Read **How We Run Calls** first. This is not a cold-call offer. It's the conversation at the end of a client's 90-day Webinar Launch program. New sales only, as of Sep 16, 2026.

---

## Before you dial

- **Who it's for:** Webinar Launch clients finishing their 90 days who have a proven offer and want our team to keep running the system. Not sold to people who haven't done a Launch.
- **Check their recovery status first.** Pull their attributable collected revenue (net of refunds and chargebacks, installments counted as they arrived) against the fixed $15,000 target, and whether they were approved for the commitment and met the participation requirements.
- **Routing:**
- **Target hit:** offer Managed Growth, or they take the system over themselves.
- **Target missed and still eligible:** we continue the promised optimization with **no service fee.** Do not pitch Managed Growth as a way to get that. **Never charge $3,000/month for optimization already owed.**
- **Anything else** (never approved for the commitment, missed the participation requirements): check with Chris before you quote anything.
- **Includes:** ongoing ad management and creative testing, optimization of the existing webinar funnel and follow-up, performance reporting, Slack campaign support, two group calls a month with Chris, and Chris AI while active once it launches.
- **Separate:** ad spend and software. Additional offers, funnels and sales-team services need their own scope and pricing.
- **Pending, so don't quote:** cancellation terms, monthly creative limits, Slack response standard. Checkout is pending too.

## 1. Pre-frame

> "Your ninety days is wrapping up. I want to walk through where the numbers landed, and then the two ways you can run this from here."

## 2. Situation

- Walk through the results report: campaigns, registrations, show rate, sales, collected revenue against the target.

## 3. Problem

> "What part of running this would you want to take on yourself, and what part would you rather not?"

## 4. Root cause

- "Do you have someone who can manage ads and creative testing every week?"
- "Who would own the follow-up and the funnel changes?"

## 5. Implication

> "If nobody's in the numbers every week, what happens to the results you're seeing now?"

## 6. Desired future and gap

> "Where do you want this webinar to be in six months?"

## 7. Why now

> "What would change for you if we kept going versus you taking it over next month?"

## 8. Prescription

Chris's pitch:

> "After your launch period, you can take the system over or keep our team managing and improving it for $3,000 per month, plus advertising and software."

Both are real options. If they have the people to run it, taking it over is a fine answer.

## 9. Price, then silence

> "Three thousand a month, plus your ad budget and software."

Stop.

## 10. Payment

The Managed Growth checkout is **pending.** It starts only when they explicitly enroll. Never imply it's already on, or that anything renews automatically.

## 11. Objections

**"Didn't you say you'd keep optimizing for free?"**
> Check their status. If they're approved, met the requirements and haven't hit the target, the answer is yes, and there's no charge: "You're right, and we will. That's part of your Launch." If they hit the target, the commitment is complete and Managed Growth is optional.

**"Can I cancel?"**
> "Cancellation terms are being finalized. I'll get them to you in writing before you enroll." Don't invent terms.

**"Can you add a second offer or funnel?"**
> "That's scoped and priced separately. Managed Growth covers the webinar system you have now."

**"Does it include your sales team?"**
> "No, sales-team services are their own scope and pricing."

## 12. Close

> "If you want us to keep running it, I'll confirm your enrollment and the start date in writing."

## 13. Never say

- Never charge for optimization already owed under the recovery commitment.
- Never imply automatic renewal or enrollment.
- Never promise creative volumes, response times or cancellation terms that aren't finalized.
- Never say lifetime access to Chris AI. It's included while Managed Growth is active, once it launches.
- No income promises.
